Q.

hi.. My lo is 9+months old. he was 7.2 kgs two weeks back. He recently started teething and not eating anything at all. he is only taking my breast milk. today when we checked his weight he is 7.08. is this normal?? what to do while my baby is teething ? please advise..

A. hello mam toucan start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth 3-4 times a day and give silicon based teether to chew on. you can give liquids while baby is teething and do not force feed.

A. Hi Doctor. My baby girl is 9 months old and she can't had sound sleep all over night. She just want my breast milk all over night even though she had food in between 9 to 10 pm. Else she is very active all the day and has sleep for 3-4 hrs in day. what can I do?

A. Hi dear mom The weight of ur baby is fine. As ur baby is on teething, u can give ur baby teethers as they put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain. When the babies are on teething the appetite decreases. This will be fine in few days.
