Q.

hi my lil one is 2yr and she is very lean.want to build her immunity, she fell sick every month in this season.pls suggest some good food diet plan.

A. Hello mom give her ample amount of seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , dals and whole legumes such as channa , rajma etc , millets would be helpful as well also turmeric milk , neem or tulsi water
