hi my kid is having slight fever(on and off like once in a day) for the past 3 days but she is active and having her food can you pls. tell me anything we need to take care of

A. Ivide fever has not subside completely in last three days also then better take a proper consultation with your doctor because in this could be due to either viral infection or some another problem so first check with your doctor on this
