Hi, my kid is 3 months old and he is a premature baby we keep him in Nicu 14days, first 20 days i had produce some breast milk after that I am not getting,I am giving formula milk to my baby, please suggest me how to improve breast milk which is healthy to my baby .

Many moms prefer using hand expression over using a breast pump since it's more natural and it doesn't cost anything. During the first few days of breastfeeding, hand expression may be more comfortable, and it may help to remove more breast milk than a breast pump. However, it's a skill so it could take some time to learn. YAN CAN EVEN DO * Lacto Bites * If possible evaluate your baby's latch * Make healthy lifestyle changes * If u you increase intake of cumin seeds . it's a natural way boost breast milk . hope above things work for you . god bless you my dear & lil champ.
