hi my is 4 year 4 months old his birth weight is 2.5 kg .Now his weight is 11 kg only . he eat all fruits and veggies too and he is very active. how to increase his weight ? give some suggestions

I think your child is having some nutritional deficiency or issue of indigestion or constipation which is why despite of eating well the weight is not increasing your child should be at least 16 1/2 to 17 kg as of now so I believe it would be good for you to consult your doctor once
