Hi My hemoglobine is low 9.1 during my 6th month of pregnancy..earlier it was 12.5..what can I do to increase my hemoglobine? Plz suggest

Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mum hemoglobin will be increased if you take the fresh fruits and vegetables keep concentrating on your diet intake dates also helps for producing the required hemoglobin all red colour fruits and Orange colour fruits are good for this kind of shoe
