Q.
hi , my girl baby is now 8month completed . I have doubt about giving baby food including salt or sugar ? here in first cry I saw some vedio , they are saying put salt to taste , but in Google they are saying upto 12month no salt and sugar to be added to the food , what I should do I am very confused about this mattaer pls help me on this topic .

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, you should not add salt to the food of your baby at this age. salt can be added only after completion of 1 year. you can add little bit of sugar at this age.
