Hi.. My girl baby is 4months old, her breast is hard.. what is the reason, why its happening.. it will go?

See sometimes what happens is in that area milk is there for kids also so you have to clean it by pressing it out of the breast and sometimes it just gets accumulated and becomes hard so you should do hot compress regularly and kindly consult your doctor as well
