Hi, My first question is I still have pain above my stitches. My stitches are healed well and there was no issue when I showed to the doctor. It’s been 6 months why I still have pain? My second question is ,my maternity leave has come to an end ,can someone suggest me a good site or agency for hiring a Nanny.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. the stitches should not pain after so long gap it may be some referral pain or else the pain maybe due to excessive tummy fat growth. so you can try reducing tummy fat by exercising

If the pain is there and they have not healed completely then you please recheck with your doctor because there should be no pain and they should have healed well as of now secondly we can respond to your questions associated with parenting but for these options that you’re looking for nannies and you have to find it yourself
