hi ... my elder son is 3 years 4 months.. regularly he is passing the stool last week he got fever after that he didn't pass the stool almost 4 days over please any one suggest me good medicine for that

A. If it is a loose tool then you can give entrogermina your child which is going to be beneficial and controlling lose motions and also check with your doctor bought medicine is going to be appropriate to be given to the child
