If you had vaginal delivery then you can start exercising as early as six weeks after giving birth. Kindly don’t do any dieting as long as you exclusively breast-feed your baby. please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meal
please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
