Q.

hi.... my delivery was on December 2022...I got my first periods on February with normal flow....in March and in April I got a little bit of brownish red discharge only for one day..... when can I expect my normal priods

A. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly. If your breastfeeding it will take a year
