hi my daughter will be 4 years in a month she had recently got a stomach infection which was treated by giving probiotics and a course of antibiotics.but still sometimes she complains of nausea.she generally used to pass stool once a day but now she passes 3 times a time even after the medicine course is over.is this a matter of concern?i am worried what should I do

A. she will need time to get on track.. as she recently affected with stomach infection.. As long as your baby's poos are soft and easy to pass, there's no cause for concern, you can give probiotics.
