Q.

hi, my daughter weight is very less.. she is 5 years old weight is around 15kg, morning she will take break fast only 1 or 2 idly Or 1 dosa. rice is also taking less. for gaining weight what type of food we have give her. Any syrups required..

A. weight is little less, Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
