hi my daughter's skin is looking dull and discoloration, is it some kind of allergy or skin tanning as the blood vessels are showing on her face attaching the photo.

Little bit of pigmentation into the skin of the child which is why I believe it would be good that you should get examined with your paediatric or a dermatologist they can help you with the cream that you can use regularly which is going to help in balancing out the complexion as well as reducing the pigmentation down the pigment
