Hi..my daughter Nila is 4 & 1/2 months old.. when is the right time to introduce solid foods to her??

Let The child enter the age of seventh month like the first day of the seventh month that’s the right time for you to introduce semisolid food and further more if you want to calculate the new C if your child completes 185 days of birth that’s the right time for you
