Hello mom you can make with mix of dry fruits say almonds , pista , walnuts , some pumpkin seeds etc .. depending on your choice or just with any one of it .. you add some flavour to it like cardamom. As well and some turmeric as well you have dry roast them and then make a fine powder or better a coarse powder
ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom with milk you can add in either some fresh fruits such as banana , chikku , apple , avocado etc to make milk shakes or Also make Protein powder With dry fruits as such .
Also normally dry fruits can be given , stuff paranthas with potatoes or panner etc ,
Peanut jaggery chikki or millet ladoo would be helpful
