A. regarding speech baby starts to speak mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years . do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. hi usually,by the age of 2 years ,babies learn to speak small sentences. so , wait for few days more. please don't compare your child with others. just keep conversing with your child more it will help to encourage your child to speak more. keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc
