hi my daughter is six months old now, can I use pacifier at nights? I heard that using pacifier causes irregular teeth, can you help me with it

A. hello mam it is better not to use pacifiers as this might cause ear infections as it is said by some people and secondly it is not healthy for the baby although these does not affect the teeth
