hi my daughter is selected for wall of the fame in firstcry parenting and they send the certificate for the same but i am unable to download the certificate what can I do

Read try maybe that is going to be helpful otherwise you can just go ahead with uninstalling in installing the app again maybe there is some glitch so then you can again tried downloading the certificate so that’s the only way that I can suggest you with
