Q.

Hi My daughter is one year and 3 months old. She has recently started eating very less. Her eating pattern is not consistent. Any suggestions on how I can make her a non fuzzy eater and what food should I give her?

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity. kindly continue your efforts in feeding the child

A. Hi parent it is happned due to indigestion or due to colic pain please don't force feed your child please give easily digestible Food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash please give luck warm water for drinking please give daily massage it is very helpful
