Q.

Hi My daughter is one month old now...her birth weight was 2.98 kg and after one month as well she is 3kg...I think that she is having gastric problems as well and finds difficult to digest her mother's milk

A. for gas problem, give massage regularly give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands move your child legs in cycling motions burping is very important so please don't forget to burp your baby well after each feeding

A. hi no.. no it's not a problem it's common and normal for babies to lose their weight after few days of birth and then regain The weight within 2&3 weeks after this. so your child weighs normal you need not to worry about it just offer Feeds as per your child requirements and make sure your child get enough milk.
