ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not safe, has many disadvantaged. Better to a avoid using passifier at early age. Early pacifier use might interfere with breast-feeding. pacifiers are believed to create nipple confusion resulting les milk intake.
