For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds, dry fruits to baby’s foods. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal. Continue to breastfeed baby.

Offer different varieties of food
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give adequate feeding
