Q.

Hi, My daughter is completing 9 months. She crwals and can stand on support. Is it good to introduce walker to her. If yes then please suggest good walkers. If no please describe the reason for not introducing walker

A. Thanks again. Another question is some time she sleeps on her stomach which means upside down. We are always around when she sleeps but I would like to know if this is good position or postures for sleep

A. you can gradually introduce all types of food to the child and less salt should be avoided till one year of age and the child gets Salt from natural salt in food. it is very important that whenever you are introducing a new food whether it is vegetable cereals pulses or fruits always only one new food should be introduced in 36 hours so that you are able to find whether that particular new food is causing any digestion problem or not

A. Thank you. I have another question regarding food. Can we give her orange and banana in fruits With solid food salt is good as I read somewhere that salt is not good. can you suggest some quick cook food as she don't like formula milk and formula food

A. it is important for you to know that walker is only for playing and many times can lead to injury to the child and also sometimes can delay the walking of the child so it is usually avoided in children
