Hi my daughter is about to complete 11 month and her birthday is next month… I am planning to start cow milk for her… she digest almost every food e… just wanted your suggestion about cow milk?

A. dear parent, you can introduce cow milk to your baby next month once she completes 1 year. give little amount in beginning. also give milk products like curd, paneer and continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
