Q.

Hi, my daughter is about to 6 years old.I want nutrition plan or healthy recipes for her. I have seen 2 gray hairs on her head. I am worried about whether she is falling any deficiency..

A. offer all family food rich in iron. Give fresh fruits , green veggies, and home made food with high protein diet. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture and nourishment to hair

A. Gray hair occurs with normal aging because the hair cells on the scalp produce less melanin; in children, early graying tends to be inherited. A single strand of gray hair is most noticeable in people with darker hair and is usually not worrisome if the child's general health is normal.
