hi my daughter is 9 month old. she is not sleeping well so doctor preferred "promethazine syrup I.P. syrup". but by mistake I yesterday gave benadryl dry cough syrup 3 ml....... is there any serious problem will come..... pls reply

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. do not worry this type of medicine one or two times given to the child will not cause any type of serious side effects. also it is advisable that you should give medicine only after medical consultation and take a follow up after 3 days with the doctor after giving a medicine
