for my daughter iron syrup by doctor 80mg but due to pharmaceutical mistake i have given 200mg syrup past 3days

Ohh That’s okay if your child is not facing any issue because of the medication it’s completely normal but now you be cautious with the dosage of the medicine that you are supposed to give if you still have any doubt about it then you please talk to your doctor ones
