hi my daughter is 8 and half months old and she is having constipation . What can I do to reduce this as this troubles her so much that she even cry

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for constipation in 8 months old baby you should give her water a lot of time in the day. As that helps cut down constipation.
Also avoid giving cow milk and do not give banana as well.
Give everything thing else to,eat.
