A. The amount of solid food for a 7-month-old baby can vary, but a general guideline is to start with small amounts and gradually increase. At this age, you might begin with about one to two tablespoons of a single-ingredient puree or mashed food per meal. As your baby gets used to solids, you can increase the quantity. However, it's important to remember that every baby is different, and individual needs can vary. Always pay attention to your baby's cues and consult with your pediatrician for personalized advice on introducing solids and determining appropriate portion sizes for your specific baby.
