hi my daughter is 6 years old and weighs 23 kgs. since last night she has been passing watery stools and vomitting.please advice what food and medicines can I give her.

A. can't say give it's immediately this as per what you have mentioned will require a clinical examination and also a detail check up by doctor for opinion as would guide you about this . . . .
