my baby is passing watery stools since last night. when should I be concerned??

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its goknown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
