hi my daughter is 5yr 4month old she is having dry cough .I visited doctor they told allergic cold .is this very serious

A. Allergies are definitely something that we cannot ignore so I would recommend you to get this allergy read it because if you do not start treating at the right time it is going to aggravate over the period so better to consult an allergy export for that
