Hi my daughter is 4months old and she has vaccine on 22.07.24. Morning in her stool it was slight red colour. Kindly advise.

A. yes it is showing blood in the school so get a stool report done that is stool examination and also meet your doctor and see whether it is due to some infection or due to milk allergy
