Hi My Daughter is 40 months old. she is having dry khansi continuesly...we have given 3 dose of Maxtra syrup since yesterday bt there is no improvement...also given honey as home remedies bt no improvement pls Advice.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, give maxtra in proper dose. Take a glass of warm water and add 1 tea spoon each of turmeric powder and carom powder. Mix it well and give the mixture about two times a day. This is an effective remedy for dry cough.
