Q.

Hi My daughter is 4 and half month old my breast milk supply is low and I am not able to satisfy her hunger. To increase my supply I start expressing my milk after every hour, but it almost 15 days my supply is still not as per the demand. Please advise what I can do?

A. Hello good morning !! While baby growing requires more milk and milk supply also reduces some times. So include lactating foods in diet. Milk, dairy products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk , adequate water . Direct latching is best the more baby latches the more milk produces. If still not enough milk supply then introduce formula milk along with breast milk simultaneously.
