A. this is type of ulcer formed at lip. but I'm giving vitamin d3 syrup to kid doctor.

A. it can be fungal infection are vitamin deficiency For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
