hi my daughter is 3 years old. she got fever of 103 in first day. then we visited doctor and they asked to take cbc. and some result shows some infection is there. again took complete urine analysis. and result shows some pus cells are there. doctor suggested antibiotic. fever of 103 is there on first day. then no fever on day two. at day 3 evening the fever of 100 is there. what is the reason for this? why the fever came again. please help.

A. Infection is still their, it's, advice to give medicine as advice n complete the course of antibiotic medicine. give ple ty of fluids n keep his room well ventilate.
