hi, my daughter is 3 year old her weight is 9.5 kg, she is a active girl but m worried, shall we go for any test to rule out any issues

See your child is about 4 1/2 KG is underweight right now so for me it would definitely be a matter of concern that your child is active and all that is very very good but look at the age and weight of the day child or not at all and in sync so yes I think it’s a good idea to go ahead with further evaluation
