Hi my daughter is 3 days old, getting hiccups,how to control them what are the reasons for the hiccups after feeding?

A. Namaste Mom This occurs at times cause the feed accidentally enters the wind pipe instead of the food pipe as such could also be of heavy flow of the feed as such also elevate baby head a little with help of your palms for easy flow also let the baby free so that he or she moves their hands and legs and avoid feeding during hiccups

A. hlo in infants hiccups are due to overfeeding, swallowing air during feeding or sudden temperature changes.

A. Hello my dear parent! When your baby is feeding from the breast, there are chances that a little amount of air can get into the mouth, causing hiccups later on.
