Hi, my daughter is 3.9yrs old, with weight 12 kg and doctor has prescribed Tasiron and Nutigro complan, due to under weight. Any suggestions please ? She a hyper Active girl, with no issues

A. Start by working on your child's daily meal pattern. Try including all the food groups to provide all kinds of nutrients, like cereals, pulses, veggies,milk, eggs etc. rather than repeating same meals. Other than that, specifically considering your concern please add milk products, banana, multi flour ladoos, legumes and pulses based recipes, eggs to your child's diet.

A. You Start giving egg to the child on an every day basis that’s very good even if you don’t eat non-veg since your child is so much underweight you should start giving egg to the child it is one of the most healthy proteins to be given to the child
