Hi my daughter is 21 month old...not breast feeding anymore...how much milk is required at this age

A. well its ok.you can give cow milk.total nit mire than 350 ml.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year completion you can start giving outside milk, maximum of 500ml is required. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
