Q.

hi ,my daughter is 2 years and 4 months old..her weight is 10.9 kg ..she is very thin ..what should I do for increase her weight?

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pul BHses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in imprroving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
