A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. onde should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of inffection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. hi mam, your child weighs enough. so no need to worry about his or her weight gain. babies at this stage of age are moody and picky eaters. so it is normal . try to add variation in your child diet. offer food items with different taste and different texture. for example if a child doesn't like to eat fruits ,you can prepare fruit smoothie or fruit popsicles.
