Hi my daughter is 2 months old, she is getting some balls in hand can anyone say what is the reason for that. I have attached the image too. is anything serious?

A. I actually it seems like sweat boils due to some allergy just try to observe as well as apply natural coconut oil and after bath use cetephil lotion and observe if it's Same try consulting doctor once
