A. 50:50 ratio milk is much better after one year of age, it contains nutrients required after one year of age. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.

A. Hello dear parent! Start giving in small quantities. Do not dilute it too much. Milk is only a part of the meal. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
