hi my daughter is 19kg 3 years old and is getting 101.5 fever since yesterday. I am giving her Crosin 120 syrup 10 mg 4 times a day. her doc asked to administer her fever for 3 days as its most likely a viral. she had fever in the morning and then again around late evening at 9pm, inbetween she was fine. how much fever can a child get in viral and how many days will it take to subside

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician5 years agoA. hi parent your kid is 19 kg and is suffering with fever what the temperature using thermometer if the temperature is more than hundred degree fahrenheit give oral paracetamol as advised by your pediatrician along with tepid sponging with wet cloth,what's the activity of the child during a afebrile period if the child pers is to be dull beyond 2 days may need to start an antibiotic after proper examination
