Q.
Hi, My daughter is 16 months old. because of the lockdown her physical activity has substantially reduced. we try our best to keep her physicall active .however at night she isn't that tired and does not fall asleep. moreover she insists on watching nursery rhymes on television. how can i overcome this issue?

See I know this situation is difficult but if the child is running around in the house also child normally gets tired so try to cut down the daytime sleeping for your child for the time being as that is going to help because that way the child will be sleepy by the night automatically
