hi my daughter is 16 month .she is good in eating .she is nt fussy child.but whenever I gave full meal like 3 times regular cow milk and 2-3 times meals in a day her stomach got upset n rashes in her poo.please help

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice
